Lt. Gen. H Steven Blum, chief of the National Guard Bureau, will sign a memorandum of understanding with the United Service Organization and Disabled American Veterans at 10:30 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 27 during a ceremony being held at the Arlington Hall Readiness Center, 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, Va.

The National Guard Bureau Family Programs office and the USO will exchange marketing materials to foster awareness of each other's programs.

The partnership with DAV will allow the two groups to share informational materials, resources and work together to build a stronger network of volunteers to meet the need of military families.
