Hamre Addresses Academy Cadets
Deputy Secretary of Defense John J. Hamre will deliver the keynote address to the U.S. Air Force Academy cadet classes of 1999 and 2000 Thursday at 7 p.m. (CST) in the Arnold Hall Banquet Room, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo.
The academy is hosting its 6th Annual National Character and Leadership Symposium, and this year's theme is "Integrity First." The symposium is intended to stimulate dialogue and ideas on nurturing a social climate that promotes a common commitment to integrity, service and excellence not only within the military, but in all walks of life.
