Secretary Cohen to speak at BRAC Conference
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will speak on the theme, "Recognizing a Decade of Community Redevelopment" at a conference of more than 800 officials from base realignment and closure (BRAC) communities and the Department of Defense on Monday, March 22, 1999. Cohen's remarks begin at 1:30 p.m. (EST) at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Va.
