DoD Press Briefing at 1:30 p.m.
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs Ken Bacon and Maj. Gen. Charles F. Wald, the Joint Staff vice director for Strategic Plans and Policy (J-5), will provide an operational update of U.S. participation in NATO Operation Allied Force today at 1:30 p.m. (EDT) in the Pentagon Briefing Room, 2E781. Rear Adm. Thomas R. Wilson, the Joint Staff director for Intelligence (J-2), will also provide a bomb damage assessment update as part of the briefing.
