However, Bernard D. Rostker, under secretary of the Army and special assistant to the deputy secretary of defense for Gulf War Illnesses, will conduct a press briefing at 1:30 p.m. (EDT), Thursday, April 15, 1999, in the Pentagon Briefing Room, 2E781.
