Cohen Media Availabilty at Spangdahlem
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, Gen. Henry H. Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Gen. Wesley K. Clark, commander in chief, U.S. European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe, will conduct a media availability at 12:15 p.m. Central European Time (6:15 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time), Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. General Clark will provide an update on NATO Operation Allied Force, and then all three will be available to answer questions from the media.
