Briefing on Countermine Operations - Monday, June 14, 1999 at 2 p.m.
A representative from the U.S. Army Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., will provide a press briefing on countermine operations in conjunction with the regular daily Department of Defense briefing at 2 p.m. (EDT), June 14, in the Pentagon Briefing Room, Rm. 2E781.
Col. David Kingston will discuss countermine training, equipment, and capabilities. Kingston is a former engineer battalion commander with eight months experience in Bosnia.
