Gen. Shelton Speaks at AMVETS Convention
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Henry H. Shelton will address the AMVETS 55th Annual National Convention on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1999, at 11:30 a.m. CDT. The convention is being held at the Holiday Inn Convention Center, 3321 South 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska. AMVETS is the fourth largest veterans service organization in the United States and represents more than 200,000 men and women who are veterans of military service.
