Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a dinner in honor of Apostolos Tsokhatzopoulos, the minister of National Defense of Greece, at the Commandant's House next to the USS Constitution, Charleston Navy Yard, Boston, Mass., on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 1999.
