Full Honor Arrival Ceremony for President of Bulgaria
Deputy Secretary of Defense John J. Hamre will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome President Petar Stoyanov, of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the Pentagon at 3 p.m. (EST), Thursday, Feb. 12, 1998.
There will not be a media availability following the ceremony.
Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 2:40 p.m. (EST).
