Gen. Joseph W. Ralston, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will travel
Gen. Joseph W. Ralston, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will travel to Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Oman, from March 13-19, 1998.
Ralston will meet with senior civilian and military officials to discuss bi-lateral and multi-lateral defense and security issues of mutual interest.
