Full Honor Arrival Ceremony for Minister of Defense of Georgia
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome Minister of Defense Gen. Lt. Vardiko Nadibaidze, of Georgia, to the Pentagon at 10 a.m. (EST), Tuesday, March 24, 1998.
The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon.
Following the ceremony Cohen and Nadibaidze will sign a U.S.-Georgia Defense Cooperation Plan and will conduct a brief media availability in Room 3E912 of the Pentagon.
Media must be at the River Parade Field no later than 9:40 a.m. (EST).
