Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will make remarks after receiving the 1998 Service Award as part of ceremonies at the Washington USO Annual Awards Dinner, Ritz Carlton Ballroom, 1250 South Hayes St., Arlington, Va., 8 p.m. (EST), March 31.
Sen. John McCain will present the award.
