Secretary of Defense Speech and Award - Foreign Policy Association
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will make remarks after receiving the Foreign Policy Association Medal for Leaders as part of ceremonies at a formal dinner sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, to be held in the St. Regis Roof Penthouse, St. Regis Hotel, 2 East 55th Street, New York City, at 8:15 p.m. (EST), April 2.
