Full Honor Arrival Ceremony for President of Turkmenistan
President Saparmurat Niyazov, of Turkmenistan, will be welcomed to the Pentagon with a full honors arrival ceremony at 1 p.m. (EDT), Wednesday, April 22, 1998.
The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon.
Media must be at the River Parade Field no later than 12:40 p.m. (EDT).
