Honor Cordon for NATO Secretary General

Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an Honor Cordon to welcome NATO Secretary General Javier Solana to the Pentagon at 3:30 p.m. (EDT), Thursday, July 16, 1998.

The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.

There will not be a media availability following the Cordon.

Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 3:10 p.m. (EDT). Media interested in audiovisual coverage of this event may contact Jim Kout at (703) 697-5111.
