Full Honors Arrival Ceremony for President of Romania
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome President Emil Constantinescu, of Romania, to the Pentagon at 9:15 a.m. (EDT), July 17, 1998.
The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon. Media must be at the River Parade Field no later than 8:55 a.m. (EDT).
There will be a media availability at 10:30 a.m. (EDT), following the ceremony. Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 10:10 a.m. (EDT).
