Secretary of Defense Will Make Remarks and Present Awards to Military Units
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will make remarks and present awards to military units who participated in emergency operations during Hurricane Georges, at the Parade Field, Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, Miss., at 2:25 p.m. (CST), on Oct. 19. Sen. Trent Lott will also make remarks and participate in the ceremony. This event is open to the media.
