President and Vice President To Visit Pentagon at 10 a.m., Jan. 29, 1997
President Clinton and Vice President Gore will visit the
Pentagon to meet with Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen,
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. John M. Shalikashvili,
U.S. Army, and the Unified Commanders at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan.
29, 1997.
Media interested in audiovisual coverage of the arrival and
departure of the President must be in place at the Mall Entrance
of the Pentagon no later than 8:45 a.m. (EST). The President
will arrive at approximately 10 a.m. (EST).
