JCS Chairman To Host Full Honors Ceremony For Argentine Counterpart
General John M. Shalikashvili, chairman of the Joint Chiefs
of Staff, will host a Joint Service Full Honors Ceremony at 9
a.m., Feb. 7, 1997, at Whipple Field, Fort Myer, Va., for Admiral
Jorge Enrico, chief, Argentine Armed Forces Joint Staff.
Admiral Enrico will be in the United States during February
5-13 as the guest of General Shalikashvili. While in Washington,
he will meet with U.S. and Argentine officials. He is also
scheduled to visit various Army, Navy, and Air Force
installations prior to departing for Argentina on February 13.
