Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen to take questions on military operations in Albania
Secretary of Defense William Cohen will take questions
concerning the U.S. military's Noncombatant Evacuation Order
(NEO) operation in Albania after his opening remarks at the
Acquisition Reform briefing this morning. Following this brief
question and answer session, Undersecretary of Defense for
Acquisition and Technology, Dr. Paul G. Kaminski, will continue
the briefing on Acquisition Reform.
Lt. Gen. Peter Pace, USMC, the Director for Operations (J3)
of the Joint Staff, will give a briefing on the Albania situation
and Operation SILVER WAKE, the NEO operation, at noon (EST),
today in the DoD briefing room, 2E781.
