Secretary of Defense's Testimony Will Preclude Regular Brief
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will provide congressional testimony on NATO enlargement at 10 a.m., Oct. 21, 1997. His testimony will preclude the regularly scheduled Pentagon press briefing.
