Cooperative Threat Reduction Initiative Background Briefing
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will introduce on the record a background briefing on the recently concluded Cooperative Threat Reduction Initiative at 2 p.m. today Nov. 4, in the Pentagon Briefing Room, (Rm 2E781).
Following his introduction, the briefing will continue on background by a senior defense official.
