Secretary of the Army Togo D. West, Jr., Press Conference, Nov. 21, 1997
The Army has announced that Secretary Togo D. West, Jr., will hold a press conference today at 3 p.m. in the DoD briefing room 2E781. Secretary West will release the names of persons granted exceptions for burial in Arlington National Cemetery during his tenure.
