Deputy Secretary of Defense John Hamre will address the National Contract Managers Association East Coast Educational Conference, tomorrow, December 4, at 9:00 a.m. (EST) at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, The Palladium Room, 2500 Calvert Street, North West, Washington DC. Approximately 300 senior government and private industry procurement officials are expected to attend. A question and answer session will follow his address. This event is open to the media.
