Department of Defense Releases FY04 Report to Congress on PRC Military Power

            The Department of Defense has released its annual report to congress on military power in the People's Republic of China.

 

            The report addresses the current and probable future course of military-technological developments of the People's Liberation Army, the tenets and probable development of Chinese grand strategy, security strategy, and military strategy.
