Secretary of Defense Cohen travel to Italy, Macedonia and Bosnia

Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will leave Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, Dec. 23, to visit Italy, Macedonia and Bosnia.

On Dec. 24, Cohen will visit sailors and Marines from USS Guam, USS South Carolina, USS Apache, and USS Ashland in Naples, Italy. He will then travel to Macedonia to visit troops assigned to Task Force Able Sentry, the U.S. contingent serving peacekeeping duties along the Serbian-Macedonian border. He will later meet with Macedonian government officials. Afterwards, he will travel to Tuzla, Bosnia, to visit U.S. troops serving as part of the NATO Stabilization Force (SFOR).

Cohen will return to Washington, D.C., on Thursday, Dec 25.
