The following media events are scheduled to take place tomorrow in the Pentagon
Briefing Studio, Room 2E781:
8:15 a.m. -- A senior military official, accompanied by a senior officer from
the Central Intelligence Agency, will brief on background on
intelligence support to Operation Joint Endeavor.
10 a.m. -- Col. John Baker, director of Air Force Operations will conduct an
on-the-record briefing on improvements made to the NATO Combined Air
Operations Center at Vincena, Italy, and how these improvements allow it to
provide real-time information to troops on the ground in Bosnia.
1 p.m. -- Col. Earl Simms, adjutant general of the Army/executive director
Military Postal Service will brief the Operation Joint Endeavor mail plan.
Included in the brief will be the Army's "Any Service Member" addresses that
may be used by the public to send letters to soldiers in Bosnia. Army Public

scheduled Thursday DoD Press Briefing with the Assistant to the Secretary of
Defense for Public Affairs, Kenneth Bacon, will immediately follow this
presentation.
