Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
Minister of Foriegn Affairs Yukihiko Ikeda, of Japan, to the Pentagon at 4 p.m.
(EST), Friday, Jan. 19, 1996.
The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. There
will be a photo opportunity at the beginning of the Plenary Meeting which
follows the Cordon. No questions will be taken at the photo opportunity.
Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 3:40 p.m. (EST). Media
