Senior U.S. Government officials will conduct an on-the-record briefing
tommorrow at 11:00 a.m., in the Pentagon Briefing Studio, Room 2E781,
pertaining to new information sharing initiatives with the Russian Government
as a result of the latest Gore-Chernomyrdim Commission meeting.
Briefers will include Dr. Ashton Carter, ASD (International Security Policy),
Ms. Sherri Goodman, DUSD (Environmental Security), Mr. Jim Baker, NOAA
Administrator, and Rear Admiral Paul Gaffney, USN, Commander Naval Meteorology
and Oceanography Command.
