Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will address the Adjutants General of the
54 states and territories, members of the Reserve Officers Association and
other National Guard representatives at the mid-winter meeting of the Adjutants
General Association of the United States at 10:30 tomorrow morning, in the
National Guard Association Building, One Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington,
D.C. Following his remarks, the Secretary will take questions from the
audience.
