Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
President Leonid Kuchma, of Ukraine, to the Pentagon at 4 p.m. (EST),
Wednesday, Feb. 21, 1996.
The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon Mall Entrance.
There will be a photo opportunity immediately following the Cordon.
Media must be at the Pentagon Mall Entrance no later than 3:40 p.m. (EST).
