CORRECTION
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will speak to Sacramento city, county,
and California state officials, as well as McClellan AFB leadership, at 12:30
p.m., Saturday, Feb. 24, 1996, at the Sacramento Capitol Club, 400 Capitol
Mall, Suite 600, Sacramento, Calif.
Prior to his address, the Secretary will be available to meet with local press
at 11:35 a.m., vice the earlier announced time of 1 p.m.
