Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
Minister of Defense Dimitur Pavlov, of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the
Pentagon at 2 p.m. (EST), Tuesday, Feb. 27, 1996.
The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon Mall Entrance. There
will be a photo opportunity immediately following the Cordon.
Media must be at the Mall Entrance no later than 1:40 p.m. (EST). Media
