for Assistance and Relief Everywhere (CARE) 50th Anniversary
Symposium on Friday, May 10. His address, The U.S. Armed Forces
and CARE: Partners in the Search for Peace and Stability, will
commence at 9:00 a.m. The event will be held at the French
Embassy, 4101 Reservoir Road, N.W., Washington, D.C.
