Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will address members
of the John F. Kennedy School of Government on the subject of
"Preventive Defense" as part of a memorial event honoring Dr.
Joseph Kruzel, at 6 p.m. (EDT), Monday, May 13, 1996 in the
Forum, Harvard University, 79 John F. Kennedy Street, Boston,
Mass.
The audio portion of the speech will be piped back live to
the Pentagon on Channel 13. The event will also be open to the
