Secretary of Defense William J. Perry to Speak at NSB Kings Bay, St. Mary's, Md.
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will speak on this
nation's security strategy with a focus on the Navy at a luncheon
hosted by the Navy League of the United States, Camden-Kings Bay
Council, at 1:25 p.m., Thursday, May 16, 1996, at the Naval
Submarine Base Kings Bay, St. Mary's, Ga.
The event is open to the media. Following the speech,
Secretary Perry will take questions from members of the audience
and the press.
In lieu of the regularly scheduled Thursday Pentagon Press
Briefing, the audio portion of the speech will be piped back live
