Task Force Leader to Brief Scope and Charter of Saudi Bombing Investigation
General Wayne Downing, U.S. Army (Ret.), will brief
reporters at 10 a.m. EDT, tomorrow, July 10, 1996, in the
Pentagon Briefing Studio (Rm 2E781), on the scope and charter of
the task force he will lead to assess the facts and circumstances
surrounding the June 25, 1996, terrorist attack at the Khobar
Towers complex in Saudi Arabia.
