Sec. Perry welcomes Singapore defense minister to Pentagon - Monday, Sept. 30, 1996, 11 a.m.
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an
Honor Cordon to welcome Deputy Prime Minister and Minister
for Defense Tony Tan, of the Republic of Singapore, to the
Pentagon at 11 a.m. (EDT), Monday, Sept. 30, 1996.
The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon
River Entrance. There will be a media availability
immediately following the Cordon.
Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 10:40
a.m. (EDT). Media interested in audiovisual coverage of
