DOD BACKGROUND BRIEFING ON PERSIAN GULF VETERANS, OCT 22, 1996, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING DOD PRESS BRIEFING.
A background briefing by a senior defense official will be
held on Tuesday, October 22, 1996, at 2 p.m., in the DoD Briefing
Studio, Room 2E781. The briefing will update the department's
efforts to notify Persian Gulf veterans who may have been near
Khamisiyah in March 1991.
