Secretary Rumsfeld and Gen. Myers Conduct Briefing
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Richard B. Myers, will conduct a press conference today in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E579 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
Following that press conference, Dr. William Winkenwerder, assistant secretary of defense for Health Affairs, will conduct a briefing on DoD’s Anthrax Vaccination program at 2:00 p.m.
Media representatives who do not have a Pentagon building pass and wish to cover either of these events should arrive at the Pentagon's North Parking Entrance at 12:30 p.m. for an escort. Media without a Pentagon building pass must have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. |
