No. 056-P:02/27/95:Secretary of Defense William Perry will
Secretary of Defense William Perry will hold a press conference Tuesday,
February 28, 1995, at 11:00 a.m. to announce the Department of Defense
recommendations for base closure and realignment. The press conference will be
held in the DoD Briefing Studio, room 2E781, the Pentagon, and will be in lieu
of the regular Tuesday DoD press briefing.
Reporters requiring an escort into the Pentagon must arrive at the Mall
Entrance no later than 10:30 a.m. The press parking lot will be open for
blanket parking beginning at 9:00 a.m. The point of contact for further
