In lieu of the regularly scheduled Department of Defense news briefing
tomorrow, March 14, 1995, Secretary of Defense William J. Perry's speech to the
Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs will be carried live in the Pentagon at
noon on channels 13 and 18. The speech, at the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel in
Baltimore, Md., is open to the media.
