Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General John M. Shalikashvili and Russian
Ambassador to the United States Yuli Vorontsov will speak at a ceremony marking
the 50th anniversary of the link-up between United States and Soviet forces at
the Elbe River during World War II. The ceremony will be held at Arlington
National Cemetery on Saturday, April 8, 1995, at 11 a.m.
