Assistant Secretary of Defense (Force Management Policy) Fred Pang and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Personnel Support, Families and Education) Carolyn Becraft will join with Joe Brann, director of the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) of the Department of Justice, to announce the Clinton Administration's new "Troops to Cops" veterans hiring program. The ceremony will take place in the Arna Valley Community area at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 2, 1995. The Arna Valley Community area is located in the 2400 block of 27th Street in Arlington, Va.
