Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will speak at the Danish World War II Resistance Veterans Commemoration Ceremony, Arlington National Cemetery (near the Maine Memorial), Wednesday, May 10, 1995, at 10 a.m. (EDT). The ceremony will dedicate the memorial honoring U.S. veterans who helped liberate Denmark and include a tree planting ceremony. Among the guests will be His Royal Highness Prince Joachim, Danish Minister of Defense Hans Haekkerup and Danish Ambassador to the U.S. Peter Dvvia.

Secretary Perry is scheduled to speak at 10:35 a.m. (EDT).
