Secretary of Defense William Perry will accept an award and speak at the 3rd
Annual International Citizen of the Year Awards Dinner tomorrow, June 16, 1995,
at 8 p.m. (PDT) in the Fairmont Hotel, 170 South Market St., San Jose, Calif.

While Secretary Perry is in California, he will deliver the commencement
address to the Graduate and Undergraduate Schools at Stanford University on
Sunday, June 18, 1995, at 10:15 a.m. (PDT) in the Stanford University Stadium
(Corner of El Camino Real and Galvez Streets), Stanford, Calif. Later in the
day, the Secretary will have a media availability at noon (PDT) in the Arillage
Sports Center, Kissack Auditorium (main floor) located at the corner of
