Secretary of Defense William Perry will speak at the groundbreaking ceremony
for the Women's Memorial on Thursday, June 22, 1995 at 12:15 p.m. (EDT) at the
gateway to the Arlington National Cemetery, Memorial Drive, Arlington, Va.
Later in the day at 8:30 p.m. (EDT), Secretary Perry will speak at a gala for
the Military Women's Memorial groundbreaking at the J.W. Marriott Hotel (Grand
Ballroom), 14th and Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.
