The regularly scheduled DoD briefing is canceled for Thursday, September 28.
In lieu of the briefing, the audio portion of Secretary of Defense William
Perry's speech to the Regional Commerce and Growth Association in St. Louis,
will be carried on the Pentagon internal television cable, Channel 18 at 1:45
p.m.
