Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will address the National Capitol Area
Council of the Boy Scouts of America at a banquet tonight, Tuesday, at the J.W.
Marriott Hotel, Salon 4, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. The
speech will begin at 9:20 p.m. EST.
In conjunction with the banquet, Secretary Perry will receive the National
Capitol Area Council Boy Scouts of America "Citizen of the Year" Award.
